Return Eligibility

How to Request a Return

Contact Us: Email contact@lustrajewel.com within the return window with your order number and reason for return.

Get a Return Authorization: Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization number.

Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange eligible items based on availability. Please contact us to arrange your exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
